Keanuenue Pediatrics is a pediatric clinic in Honolulu, Hawaii. Staffed by dedicated, well-trained, board-certified Pediatricians and supported by an experienced team, they provide high-quality care for infants, children, and young adults.
Their mission is to serve the families of Hawaii with compassion, evidence-based care, and are committed to education and prevention medicine.
The Challenges
1. Getting Information to Patients
The first issue for Keanuenue Pediatrics was that with running a busy clinic they wanted to ensure patients’ families had access to the information they need immediately without having to wait until a staff member was available.
Jasmine Waipa, MD from Keanuenue Pediatrics explains, “Since we’re a very busy, growing office, there are some limits to our ability to share all of our knowledge in a very efficient way.”
With a lot of the same questions being asked, the clinic needed a way to have this information accessible to people all the time.
2. Inconsistent Social Media
Keanuenue Pediatrics’ social media graphics did not align with the hospital’s existing branding created in 2020, such as the logo design, or the beautifully on-brand interior design throughout the facility.
Jasmine says, “We wanted a way to tie together all of our social media and general media offerings so that they felt cohesive and not random.”
They were worried that unpolished and inconsistent visuals on social media were leading to lower engagement rates on their social media platforms.
With resource constraints hiring a graphic designer for everything they needed was not financially sustainable, and the staff did not have the time or expertise to create high-quality graphics from scratch.
These two challenges highlighted the need for a cost-effective, time-efficient solution that could provide editable document pages and enhance their social media presence while staying true to their established brand identity.
The Solution
Keanuenue Pediatrics approached The Creatives Desk and ordered the custom Canva template design service.
